Well the Golden State Warriors were bound to lose some players, as well. The first one to officially leave the team appears to be Brandon Rush. The small forward has agreed to a deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, the deal is for one year and is worth $3.5 million.
Rush has struggled with injuries for years now. Last year was the most games (72) he has played in six seasons. As a result of the relative health, he enjoyed a productive season despite limited playing time.
Rush averaged 4.2 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 15 minutes on the court.
The small forward has some ability as a three-and-D wing. Injuries have limited him defensively but he does have a knack for playing well on that end of the floor. Meanwhile, he is a career 40% shooter from behind the arc, making him a valuable commodity on the Wolves.
Brandon Rush will not be a huge part of this Wolves team. However, he can bring championship level experience as well as a deft shooting touch to a team in need of both.
