Brandon Jennings is out for the season with a torn Achilles tendon. So what did the Detroit Pistons point guard do? Like what most of us do during our free time, start tweeting.
Jennings who was replying to someone who tweeted at him said the four-time MVP:
@JohnnyNBA he run too much when shit gets tough. Never just stuck it out. Like MJ. Magic. Bird. Kobe.

Jennings is clearly talking about when Lebron left Cleveland in 2010 to bolt for Miami to form the super team of him, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh; just to come back to Cleveland four years later to form another “super team” of him, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love. Jennings would follow that tweet saying:
@NBAdeacon don't have to @ him. I didn't say he was bad player. Just said he didn't stick it out with Cleveland

@RonMFlores Lebron is one of the greatest hands down no question

I haven't said anything that wasn't said in 2010 from every media outlet. Lebron still top 10 of all times though.

My bad Lebron fans I won't bring up 2010 my fault. ????. He still the best SF ever though.

Playing Devils Advocate here, this is the reason and main point of Free Agency. A player can sign where ever they want and play for whatever team they want if that team is interested in them. When his contract(s) were up, Lebron made a “decision” which he has the right to do.
On the other hand, Jennings isn’t necessarily wrong in what he’s saying with the point he is trying to make. Yes, Lebron left both teams to go to a better situation something that other greats didn’t do.
However, unrestricted free agency didn’t begin until 1988 and by that time, Bird, Magic, and those other legends were just about past of their primes.
To each his own. One thing that can’t be questioned though, Lebron has two finals MVP Awards and four regualr season MVP Awards. He’s pretty good.
