It’s an all-Australian affair!
Boy Soda has recruited Dean Brady and Siala for a soulful cut called “4K.” Overflowing with soul and warmth, the track is boosted not only by the performances of the three star vocalists from down under, but it’s also taken to new heights by the live instrumentation of the drummer, Hugo Rumore, saxaphonist Nikodimos, keyboard savant Finbar, and John Stuart on congas.
“It’s such an honour to be friends with artists who are so incredible, vocally and artistically,” the Australian artist told Music Feeds. “Dean and Siala are prolific artists in their own right, so it feels like a really important contribution to the soul/rnb scene we’re trying to build here in Australia. ?We spend a lot of time together making music and just sharing space when either of them fly in, so it’s really amazing to have a song like ‘4K’ that speaks to our collective taste and love for embedding our souls in our music.”
“4K” sets the stage for Boy Soda’s upcoming album, Soulstar. The album is set for an October 3rd release, accompanied by shows in Sydney on October 1st and Melbourne on October 11th.
