ESPN host and commentator Bomani Jones has signed a multi-year contract extension with the worldwide leader in sports.
As part of the extension, Jones will continue to appear on a number of ESPN shows such as SportsCenter, Get Up, Outside The Lines and Around The Horn. He will also host The Right Time With Bomani Jones each week. Recorded twice per week, the show was downloaded 650,000 times in May, a 60% increase from 2019.
“The Right Time is growing, and the ability to share my voice on many shows and platforms is exciting in this moment,” Jones said.
“Bomani’s voice is impactful and resonates across platforms. He is an important member of our team and we are very happy he will continue to help us serve sports fans,” ESPN executive Norby Williamson added.
This news comes less than six months after ESPN cancelled High Noon, a daily talk show hosted by Jones and Pablo Torre. Torre has since been moved to the ESPN Daily podcast.
