
The Sacramento Kings 2017-18 season has not been the greatest but their trio of young guards showcased their talents at the 2018 NBA Rising Stars Challenge. De’Aaron Fox was a member of Team USA as a late addition for an injured Lonzo Ball while Buddy Hield and Bogdan Bogdanovic played for Team World. Fox didn’t do too much during the game but Hield and Bogdanovic were dominant in their own right.
Hield and Bogdanovic lit the nets on fire as they combined to score 55 points in the game. Hield led Team World with 29 points on the night shooting 12-22 from the field and 5-14 from three to go along with three rebounds and three assists. Bogdanovic was voted the MVP of the 2018 NBA Rising Stars Challenge scoring 26 points shooting 9-16 from the field with 7-13 made three’s, six assists and four rebounds. Fox netted four points on the night.

Team World beat Team USA 155-124 when all was said and done. It’s the third time in the last four years under the new ‘Team World vs Team USA’ format in which the world team came away with a victory.
