After battling two forms of cancer for over 10 months, Texans owner, Bob McNair approached the podium today with a clean bill of health.
For the duration of his battle he kept his health concerns private, undergoing treatment with an assumed name. In reality however, the Texans owner has been battling skin cancer over the last two decades, and was undergoing an experimental treatment for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia since October. During today’s press conference, McNair stated proudly:
“I’m not ill. I’m healthy. I’m not going anywhere. We’ve got Super Bowls to win.”
