Drakeo The Ruler links up with Blxst for a new song called “Don’t Forget” from their joint EP, Just For Clarity. In line with Blxst’s smooth, laid-back style, “Don’t Forget” has a relaxed vibe backed by west coast production.
“You should know/New Givenchy slides when I step but/I can’t slip with this water on my neck,” Blxst sings.
“B*tch, we been them guys but you slept, ayy/I forgive but I don’t forget, yeah, I don’t forget/I know they watchin’, I’ma make ’em upset/’Cause I don’t forget.”
This is the latest release in Drakeo The Ruler’s recent run. Over the last month, he’s put out records with Drake, Shordie Shordie and IceWear Vezzo. Blxst has also been on a run of his own. Celebrating the success of No Love Lost, he re-released the project with features from Dom Kennedy, Tyga and Ty Dolla $ign. Together, the two can’t seem to miss.
