If found guilty, the felony charge carries a maximum 3-year prison sentence.

The latest felony gun possession charge is not Blueface’s first time caught with a weapon. The Blast reports In November, the rapper’s involvement in a robbery caught him misdemeanor handgun charge, pleading guilty in December. Due in court this week, Blueface could serve up to a year in country jail.
