Portland TrailBlazers rookie Damian Lillard and likely to be rookie of the year won the 2013 NBA Taco Bell Skills Challenge by defeating 76ers’ guard Jrue Holiday in the final round. Holiday took 35.6 seconds to complete all the tasks, but Lillard finished in 29.8 seconds to take the award.
The first round had Jeremy Lin of the Houston Rockets, Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs and Damian Lillard of the Blazers for the West, while the east had Jeff Teague of the Atlanta Hawks, Brandon Knight of the Detroit Pistons and Jrue Holiday of the Philadelphia 76ers.
