Known by now, it’s definitely festival season. Along with every year, this is the time where music lovers flock to various places across the world that brings together plenty of other fans and artists for live performances, celebration, and just a great time fueled by music. With many festivals already taking place and having lineups unveiled, Billboard has found themselves hopping into the mix of things as they have went ahead to officially announce the accompanying acts for their second annual ‘Hot 100 Music Festival.’ Bringing together a diverse lineup that is backed by some of Billboard’s heavy-hitters, 2016 doesn’t find itself being any different. Some of the acts taking to the stage during the two day event include, J. Cole, Ariana Grande, Calvin Harris, Fetty Wap, Rae Sremmurd, Wale, and plenty of others.
Taking place at Nikon at Jones Beach, New York on August 20th and 21st, if you are interested in attending the festival, tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, May 21. With new albums expected from a few acts among the lineup, the ‘Hot 100 Music Festival’ just may serve as the first live-showing for some of the new material.
