Here is a list of the most significant NFL injuries in week ten.

Devonta Freeman – RB – Atlanta Falcons

Devonta Freeman left Sunday’s contest against the Dallas Cowboys early in the first quarter. He took a gnarly hit to the helmet by linebacker Anthony Hitchens. He would not re-enter the game.

This is Devonta Freeman’s second concussion since training camp. Freeman suffered a concussion in the preseason back in August.

The Atlanta Falcons will be extra careful with this injury as it is his second concussion in a span of four months. Here is a video breaking down what the concussion protocol looks like for the Falcons.

Joe Haden – CB – Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers defensive backfield took some hits yesterday as both Mike Mitchell and Joe Haden left the game early due to injuries. It was originally thought that Haden broke his fibula but after further evaluation,
he may not miss as much time as expected.

Per source, Steelers CB Joe Haden only has “slight” fracture of leg and is expected to miss three weeks. No surgery expected.

Artie Burns on Joe Haden: “He definitely will be back (this season); I think he said he would be out for a couple weeks or so, a few weeks or something like that.”

That’s great news for the Steelers defense.
