Beyonce Pays Homage to Toni Braxton for Halloween

Beyonce takes the crown for Halloween.

Beyonce never disappoints when it comes to putting together a bomb Halloween costume. She’s also not one to shy away from paying homage to musical greats. Over the years, she’s dressed up as Janet Jackson, Cheryl “Salt” James from Salt-N-Pepa, and just last year, queen Bey nailed her multiple costumes honoring hip-hop icon Lil Kim.

This Halloween, Beyonce paid homage to R&B legend Toni Braxton. Inspired by Braxton’s 1993 debut studio album cover Toni Braxton, Beyonce recreated the cover as ‘Phoni Braxton”. On Instagram, Beyonce shared her gratitude of Braxton.

“Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends. Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens.”

Beyonce’s costume sent fans into a frenzy, and Braxton excitedly reposted and responded on Instagram,
