
This has been an incredibly exciting month in politics and it’s only March 3rd. Over the weekend, Pete Buttigieg decided end his campaign. Then, Amy Klobuchar followed behind them. Not long afterwards, the two and Beto O’Rourke decided to endorse Joe Biden. Now, we have what appears to be a three-man race for opportunity to challenge Donald Trump in the fall. Michael Bloomberg, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders appear to be the participants in that three-man race, but Elizabeth Warren and Tulsi Gabbard lurk in the background. Today’s gaggle of primaries will help define that race as we move toward the fall election.

Taking another step forward, Bernie Sanders is projected to win the California primary. In doing so, Sanders will pick up a much needed to win in a crucial win. While he has won in Utah, Vermont and Colorado, his biggest opponent, Biden, has scored eight wins tonight. With that being said, the state of California will play bigger than any other state tonight. With 415 delegates available, Sanders will likely surge past Biden in the total delegate count tonight. While Sanders is the projected winner, we are still fielding results as votes come in to get an exact delegate count.
Tonight’s battle is not over as six primary elections are set to take place as week from today. Stay tuned for more updates as results unfold on Super Tuesday.
