Per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Udrih’s deal will be at the veteran minimum:

The 34-year-old Udrih will provide veteran leadership to a Heat team that — assuming Bosh is unable to play — is expected to take a dramatic step backwards this season. Udrih spent some of last season with the Heat after they acquired him from the Miami Heat in exchange for Mario Chalmers and James Ennis. The Heat waived Udrih in February.
Udrih has been a solid backup point guard throughout his 13 years in the NBA, posting career averages of 8.5 points and 3.4 assists per game.
