Belly is suing Coachella over an incident that occurred back in April 2018. According to TMZ, Belly claims that 25 security guards attacked him.
The rapper was headed to a backstage VIP area when “security bum-rushed him and repeatedly grabbed, punched, kicked and choked him.” The vicious attack was reportedly caught on video.
He states that the incident left him “bruised, battered, concussed and nearly unconscious.” He also claims that the attack left him with permanent physical and mental pain and trauma.
The rapper performed at Coachella prior to the incident, and was attacked during The Weeknd’s performance on the main stage.
