Oh man there were some BEAST performances and I’m here to shine a light on them.
Carmelo Anthony: With Tyson Chandler out it’s now time for Anthony and the Knicks to buck up and get some wins. It won’t come easy and it for sure didn’t against the Bobcats. 28-8-6 was the stat line for Melo.
Andrea Bargnani: Now this’ll be a guy to watch while Chandler is out. He did well in this game but I don’t expect him to get 25 points and 8 rebounds every game. It’s just not like him. He shoots threes and that’s it. This is his first legit challenge of his career. Lets see what he can really do.
Evan Turner: Now that the Sixers have MC-W, Turner doesn’t have to take the ball up the court and be the ball handler. He’s not a point guard. Carter-Williams is and that’s why the team is getting wins. 22 points and 10 rebounds for Evan.
Bradley Beal: Getting Gortat has really helped the Wizards. And with the consistent play of John Wall and the occasional scoring outburst by Bradley Beal (case in point last night, game high 29 points), who knows… Is Playoff Basketball on the cards…?
Kevin Durant: 37 points, 8 rebounds… Need I say more?
Luol Deng: One Assist… That’s all he needed for a triple double. I know how he feels. Many a time I was one rebound or one assist shy when playing NBA 2K14… Here’s his BEAST performance. 19-11-9.
Kevin Love: 32 points and 15 rebounds. That’s a casual day for this man as Kevin Love is number 5 of the first instalment of the NBA MVP ladder. Well deserved. He should get the recognition he’s getting…
Kevin Martin: As Kevin Love goes “Double Double Machine” and Ricky Rubio dishes, Kevin Martin has found a place where he can just catch and shoot. And he is thriving. 32 points as well for K-Mart.
Anthony Davis: He is now holding up his No.1 Draft Pick status with flair. 32 points, 12 rebounds and 6 blocks! Just saying “block” sounds beast and he’s doing it with ease.
The Morris Brothers: I said the brothers need to start making moves and I think they got the message. A combined 39 points and 18 rebounds for the twins. They help the Suns beat the Nuggets.
Damian Lillard: Not as close to a triple double as Deng but not far off. 22 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists.
And I have to say this… Is it just Demarcus Cousins out there?! Because he’s putting up career numbers and the Kings are still losing games. 35 points, 9 rebounds and 4 steals. Now don’t get it twisted. I don’t support the Kings, I just like watching Demarcus Cousins. And his beast performances are wasted on the Kings’ poor play.
Pull your socks up Sac!
Now lets not finish on a bad note. Top 10 plays coming at ya!
