Surprise! Benito Antonio “Bad Bunny” Martínez Ocasio will release his sixth studio album on Sunday, January 5, 2025. The superstar’s latest album is called Debí Tirar Más Fotos will include 17 new tracks, but he did not reveal who may be featured on the project.
Bad Bunny is no stranger to near holiday releases. His debut album, X 100PRE, was release on Christmas Eve. Most recently, his third studio album, El Último Tour del Mundo, was released one day after Thanksgiving. Despite being released during the holiday season, both albums earned great commercial success. X 100PRE debuted atop the US Top Latin Albums chart and ended the year in the top 50 of the Billboard 200 chart. Years later, El Último Tour del Mundo debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart and eventually went six times platinum.
Keeping in tradition, Debí Tirar Más Fotos will release as the new year begins and one day before Three Kings Day, a holiday that celebrating the biblical story of the Three Wise Men who visited Jesus. In Puerto Rico, towns celebrate the holiday by hosting “parades featuring locals and actors dressed as the Three Wise Men as they pass out presents to children.”
