ASAP Bari has pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor charge of possession of weed. According to TMZ, the Northampton County D.A.’s Office in Pennsylvania reported Wednesday that the rapper will avoid jail time and probation. He will “only be fined four thousand bucks.” The case has now been reportedly closed.
Bari was originally charged with two felonies for possession of a controlled substance and the intent to deliver. He was also hit with five other charges which include possession of drug paraphernalia.
In January, ASAP Bari pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault in London, where video footage showed the rapper attacking a woman at an east London hotel.
He avoided jail time and was fined £4,000 and an additional £2,500 to the victim.
