The Portland Trailblazers forever have a curse, and that curse is injuries. Wesley Matthews is out for the entire season with a torn achilles. Dorrell Wright’s hand is broken, and he’s out indefinitely. LaMarcus Aldridge has been suffering from a thumb injury this entire season, and now Arron Afflalo.
The Portland Trailblazers, traded for Arron Afflalo at the trade deadline, and after Matthews went down, Afflalo presumed the starting spot. Now we now that Arron Afflalo will miss 1-2 weeks with a shoulder sprain.
This is how the injury went down:

The NBA Playoffs start on April 18th, which is a week away. This way, Afflalo could miss a big portion of the first round of the Playoffs vs. the Clippers. The Trailblazers were poised to make a Playoff run, and hoped that Afflalo could fill the void left from Wesley Matthews, and now the shoulder of the load is on C.J. McCollum, who has been solid, but will need to step it up, in the Playoffs.
