Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for their new film, Palmer, starring pop superstar Justin Timberlake. In this new film, Timberlake will play the role of a convicted felon returning home to a new life and new challenges.
“Family is who you make it. After 12 years in prison, former high school football star Eddie Palmer returns home to put his life back together—and forms an unlikely bond with Sam, an outcast boy from a troubled home. But Eddie’s past threatens to ruin his new life and family,” Apple TV+ writes.
Timberlake will be joined by actress Junie Squibb and actor Ryder Allen throughout the film. Meanwhile, Fisher Stevens served as the director and Cheryl Guerriero wrote the film.
Palmer is the latest release from Apple TV+ alongside Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon and Antoine Fuqua’s Emancipation. Check out the trailer below before it hits the streaming service on January 29.
