The Wall Street Journal reported today that the assembler of iPhones, Hon Hai Precision Assembly Co., has been asked by Apple to begin shipping both the new high-end and low-end iPhones early next month. Not only does this confirm the rumors of the next-gen iPhone (dubbed the iPhone 5S) but it also confirms the rumors of the low-end iPhone being called the iPhone Lite or iPhone 5C. Like we reported before, Apple has been planning to unveil these two new iPhones at their September 10th media event and this news from The Wall Street Journal seems to only further confirm that the rumors of the last few months are true. This will be the first time Apple has ever revealed two new iPhones at once.
