Through music, film and colloquial language, music studios are casually referred to as labs. This term didn’t come about by accident. If used correctly, a music studio can be the perfect place to experiment and try new things. This is something that Apex Hadez understands all too well. Pivoting away from the soundscapes and production that many listeners have grown to associate with his music, the Massachusetts native has put his musical gifts to the test with a new single called “Redeem.” The soulful, laidback production takes listeners to the Caribbean for an audio experience that only Apex Hadez can provide.
“For ‘Redeem’ I wanted to create something that was different from my usual sound – something clean and feel-good that everyone could enjoy,” he said about his latest release.
“I had been sitting on this track for a while, unsure if I was going to release it, but I decided to go for it and I couldn’t be happier with the result.”
“Redeem” is just the beginning of what is to come from the emerging artist. He’s been working with several producers, including Real Precyse, Imagin8, Farra, NeezyBeats, JMHOfficial, Joelonthatrack, Phily and David Duane, to deliver a new project. While we wait for that to come to life, check out “Redeem” below.
