Another defendant indicted in rapper Tekashi 6ix9ines’ federal racketeering case enters guilty plea, leaving only two defendants facing trial.
Moving closer and closer to the court date, the gang may not face the judge and jury after all. Most members listed in the case have entered guilty pleas, avoiding trial. The latest to do so is Roland “Ro Murda” Martin who previously stood firm in not pleading out.
Complex reports Martin entered a guilty plea on one count, admitting to the racketeering conspiracy. During the beginning of June 2019, a new defendant Alijermiah “Nuke” Mack was added and court documents omitted Martin’s name hinting at a plea deal.
With Martin’s plea counted, 10 defendants gave plead guilty leaving two, Mack and Anthony “Harv: Ellison on the line. If the remaining defendants plead guilty before the set trial date of Sept 4, Tekashi 6ix9ine may see freedom sooner than once thought.
