Andre Miller is old. 40 is very, very old to be playing professional basketball. He wants to continue his career, though, reports ESPN’s Marc J. Spears:
NBA free agent point guard Andre Miller, 40, still wants to play & hopes to sign with a playoff caliber team, a source told @TheUndefeated.

Miller has played in the NBA for 17 seasons, for the following teams: Cleveland, Los Angeles Clippers, Denver, Philadelphia, Portland, Washington, Sacramento, Minnesota, and San Antonio.
Miller, regarded as one of the smarter passers in NBA history, ranks ninth all-time and first among active players in total career assists with 8,524.
For his career, Miller averaged 12.5 points and 6.5 assists per game, while shooting 46.1% from the field, 21.7% from three-point range, and 80.7% from the free throw line.
Miller most recently played with the Spurs, averaging 4.3 points and 2.2 assists in 13 games.
The Cleveland Cavaliers need a backup point guard, but I’m not sure whether Miller is capable of playing enough minutes to fill a role that large.
