Today, Judge Paul Engelmayer, presiding over Tekashi 6ix9ine’s case, sentenced Aljermiah ‘Nuke’ Mack to 17 years in prison.
Back in October, a jury convicted both Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah Mack, two reputed Nine Trey Bloods following Tekashi6ix9ine testimony.
The jury found Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah ‘Nuke’ Mack guilty on charges of racketeering conspiracy in the gang case.
Ellison was also convicted of kidnapping the Brooklyn rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Ellison was acquitted of using a weapon during the abduction in July of 2018.
During the trial, Judge Engelmayer stated that he had “done nothing to accept responsibility” for his role in the crimes committed.
NY Post reports Engelmayer said that if Mack pleaded guilty to his crimes, the sentence would have been reduced by several years.
Ellison’s sentencing will be on April 1.
