
Chicago’s Alex Wiley has been building in the record industry since he was a kid. As a high school teenager, Wiley signed on with a record imprint called The Village which was the home to acts such as Isaiah Rashad and Jean Deaux. His work since then led up to his late 2015 project, The Village II, which included features from Vic Mensa, Hoodie Allen and more. From there, he went on to work on Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book and drop his own project, Tangerine Dream. This week, Alex Wiley is back with the sequel to his Tangerine Dream project, Tangerine Dream II.
Tangerine Dream II comes complete with twelve new tracks including the lead single, “Very Close”. Other standout tracks include “Quarter To Four”, “Quest II” and “Something More”. The project also comes with a two features from Hippie Sabotage from Sacramento and Calez out of the Windy City.
