Louisiana native, Kevin Gates, may seem like he’s been on the scene for only a short period, but he’s a veteran who’s been putting out projects since 2006. Offering mixtapes Luca Brasi 2 and Murder For Hire, Gates releases the debut album, Islah, under the Atlantic Records umbrella.
The studio effort features 15 tracks with contributions from Trey Songz, Ty Dolla Sign, Jamie Foxx, Metro Boomin, The MeKanics, Drumma Boy, Nard & B, and others.
