More than two years after dropping Trust The Process II: Undefeated, Ace Hood has returned with a new project called Mr. Hood. Mr. Hood highlights Ace Hood’s skill set with features from Jacquees, O.z., Slim Diesel and Alexdynamix.
The Florida native manages much of the project by himself and delivers much of what we’ve come to love from him. One of the stand out tracks is the album’s opener, “We Ball.” On the track, Ace Hood touches on some of the ills of the world as the country journeys through a difficult time.
“Take me as I am if for not who I was/Let’s pick up ourselves and we put down the guns/Let’s uplift our women, they the chosen ones,” he states.
Other standout tracks include “Casino” featuring Alexdynamix and O.z. The trio delivers a track that you definitely need to play in your car at full blast. From the hook to the guest verses, the track is sure to be a hit.
“That moolah, casino, money on the?line?like a free?throw/Being that broke is ilegal, trips?out of town with the migo/My chips up, casino, I fillin’ up, arena,” Ace Hood raps.
