Alan Anderson may have never played a game with any of the players on the current Wizards roster, but he has taken notice of their growth over the past few seasons. With John Wall and Bradley Beal turning into some of the best players in the league, it would be hard for anybody not to notice the rise in talent from the beginning of their respective careers.
“Every year, I think was they have grown. John was very talented, so was Bradley, and Bradley could shoot it. I think they’re scoring and they’re willing to play together, and their aggressiveness just for the whole game. Not too many young players now have that coming into every night playing professional ball, and they do it every night.”
The former Net will fit right in with young guys when dealing with hustle and effort on every play of every game. Anderson has always been known as a player to bring a lot of energy while playing like each play could be the deciding factor of a game.
Now, Anderson becomes another part of the transformation of bringing this team from one of the league’s worst to one of the teams that can consistently compete for a championship. As the young players continue to grow, he will be an important part in teaching them new skills while also being a leader off the floor.
Anderson is a part of the Wizards family.
