Alabama commit Eddy Pineiro took to twitter to get the crimson tide fans excited. Alabama fans know all to well how their kicking game has been a problem in the past. Tide kickers were below 70% last season so hopefully Pineiro can bring in some consistency in the future.

Matt Prater currently holds the record for longest field goal in NFL history at 64 yards. Having already committed to Alabama the Crimson Tide hope Pineiro can be automatic come this season. Being a Juco transfer Pineiro could be in the league sooner rather than later. Kickers will only be more valuable following the new rule change of extra points.
