Unfortunately, my prediction is half out the window, I said Warriors in 5 but after losing two games that is now impossible. But of most people, I’m still one of the most confident in the Warriors winning the NBA Championship. Lucky for LeBron James there is an extra days rest before Game 5, perfect for him to rest and to also forget the absolute battering they got in Game 4.
Speaking of Game 4, it was the first game of the Finals where it was clear who was the better team. The Cavs know that and the Warriors definitely know that. Which is what the Warriors have done all season. When they lose a couple of games they go “What’s going on here?” and then go on a tear.
”They get a little angry when they lose a couple in a row and they’ve responded all season long,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. ”Hopefully we can get on a nice little run here, too.”
”You can’t necessarily say you’ve gotten over the hurdle until you win the series, but I think we’ve adjusted to it and we’re ready for it now,” Warriors forward Draymond Green said. ”We’re ready to take that jump.”
Draymond has not been the best version of himself this series, but from that quote I want to say that he is ready to actually get stuck in. Iguodala has done it. Harrison Barnes has done it. It is now time for others to shine.
We’re waiting Dray.
