The Milwaukee Bucks are pushing to get a new arena built for them in Milwaukee. Their current home, the BMO Harris Bradley Center, is one of the older arenas in the NBA and “out of date” compared to other arenas around the country.
The Bucks and their owners have threatened to move to either Las Vegas or Seattle if they can’t get public funding for a new arena in Milwaukee.
Adam Silver spoke at the NBA’s Summer League in Las Vegas, one of he possible new homes for the Bucks, on Tuesday and said he hopes the team stays in Milwaukee, but he did stress how important it was to get a new arena constructed in order for that to make sense.
