We’re still one week away, but December 21st is shaping up to be one of the better weeks in Hip-Hop. First things first, there aren’t too many albums dropping. Second, the albums that are dropping are shaping up to be quality projects. 21 Savage’s sophomore album is rumored to have features from J. Cole, Childish Gambino and more. In addition, A Boogie’s sophomore album is shaping up to have some great records of its own. Last week, A Boogie dropped a single called “Look Back At It”. This week, he’s back with another new single off of his sophomore album called “Startender”.
The new single off of the upcoming A Boogie project comes with features from Offset and Tyga. As one could imagine, the record pays homage to all of the bartenders at New York’s infamous night club, Starlets. The night club has had its fair share of challenges including closings and issues with the New York Police Department. Nevertheless, it has played a part in Hip-Hop culture in New York city for some time now. As a result, A Boogie decided to pay his respects to the night club and the women that make it run. Check out the new single from A Boogie and come back next week for the full project.
