In May, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie promised that he would release two new projects before the summer is over. He’s prepared fans for this project with previously released songs like “Best Friend” featuring Tory Lanez, “Way Too Fly” featuring DaVido and a remix to SZA‘s “The Weekend”. Today, he fulfilled the first part of his promise. Despite initial rumors that his first project would be released on June 22nd, the New York City native released his project on June 20th. His new body of work, International Artist, is inspired the wide variety of artists A Boogie has worked with over the past year.
International Artist is an eight track project that features Kap G, DaVido, NAV, Tory Lanez, Alkaline, Jessie Reyez, J Alvarez and RAYE. Behind the boards, the project features production from GA The Producer, Jaegen and Nahum and more. International Artist features a wide variety of sounds that includes previously released R&B tracks like “Best Friend” featuring Tory Lanez and collaborations with dancehall artists like Alkaline.
