A rental company is suing A Boogie for alleged damages to their rental property. According to the lawsuit, Artist “A Boogie” Dubose rented a property from Lawrence and Carolyn Guarino in Mahwah, New Jersey from September 2017 until December 2018. When his lease ran out, the Guarinos filed a claim that the bestselling artist left the property in shambles. As a result, the rental company is now suing A Boogie for damages to the home.
The list of alleged damages includes clogged toilets, ruined landscaping, cut carpets and water damage. According to All Hip Hop, the lawsuit also claims that A Boogie and company left abandoned vehicles at the home. In total, the lawsuit claims that A Boogie owes the company $260,000 in damages.

This is the second major lawsuit he has faced in the last two months. In December, A Boogie and members of his team were arrested in connection to a shooting at a New Jersey nightclub. He was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a handgun and one count of illegal possession of marijuana.
A Boogie nor his attorney have issued a statement regarding the most recent lawsuit.
