50 Cent has reportedly sold minority of his share of Effen Vodka. Recently, during Angela Yee’s Rumor Report on The Breakfast Club, the Queens rapper sold most of his share. 50 also will no longer be a spokesperson for the liquor. The New York emcee has owned the company for some years, as well as using his Instagram to promote the drink.
While he lost his deal with the company, it was worth it. 50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, received $60 Million from this move. Meanwhile, Jackson has been nothing short of a businessman since his hiatus from rapping. While he co-owned the liquor, he also started the hit TV show, Power. Aside from that, supposedly he is back in the studio creating a new album.
Whatever the case may be, 50 is doing great in 2017.
