5. Snow days happen in the NBA too.

Postponements all across the east coast shut down 2 NBA games and even the WWE cancelled events also in Connecticut.
The games that were postponed were the Sacramento Kings at New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers at Brooklyn Nets.
While the games have been rescheduled, I don’t think too many people will be looking forward to the games anyway, consider the fact that 3 out of the 4 teams are out of the playoff picture right now.
4. While the Nuggets should begin to sell, sell, sell, the Celtics push towards a playoff spot. Seriously.

Arron Afflalo, Wilson Chandler, Randy Foye and Jameer Nelson all have options in their contracts that should seriously have teams considering picking them up while they can. The Nuggets have their core pieces in Ty Lawson, who is in some hot water as of late and Kenneth Faried so bringing in talent around these two shouldn’t be that much of an issue in acquiring either younger talent, draft picks or expiring contracts. Sell Denver, and sell high while you can.

Boston on the other hand has done EVERYTHING possible to not be in the playoff picture. They’ve made it clear they want the picks and future cap stability with making deal, after deal, after deal, after deal to try and stock pile draft picks to either bring in new guys or trade those picks but still, they find themselves in a sticky situation.
Even one of their big pieces for the future recently got hurt but, the Celtics now sit 2 games out of the 8 spot in the Eastern Conference. It’s time to establish what you want to do with the team, you’re either going to contend or just tank it up. Decide Danny Ainge.
3. Z-Bo, the double-double machine.

His ninth double-double in a row and Zach Randolph has returned from his injury in full swing. He dropped 26 points and 10 rebounds on the night and his 2015 has been awesome so far.
2. No KD? No Problem.

When it was announced that Kevin Durant would be out with an injury to his big toe, it immediately took all eyes in the NBA to Russell Wesbrook, Reggie Jackson and Serge Ibaka to carry the team. Westbrook led the team in scoring with 18 points, Jackson dropped 14 coming off the bench and Serge Ibaka had 13 with 19 rebounds to lead the Thunder. Granted, they played the Minnesota Timberwolves (who are one of the leagues worst teams) but they still faced a little challenge from the young team.
1. Anthony Davis making his case to be the best Power Forward in the NBA.

The NBA has enlisted the services of one skilled, athletic and strong power forward. Anthony Davis is taking the crown on the daily in proving that he is the best Power Forward in the NBA today. He can even be argued to be the best player in the league. He’s up there for the top talk in MVP along with James Harden, Stephen Curry and Marc Gasol but with ‘The Brow’s’ averages this season along with his awesome PER, there will no doubt on the future of Davis in the NBA as being a top star. He’s even been voted as a starter in the All-Star game this year.
3 Biggest stories of the day.
Kobe Bryant’s injury is worse than expected.
