
Tekashi 6ix9ine has one less legal issue to worry about after club promoter drops lawsuit against him.
The lawsuit which stems from the rapper allegedly skipping out on events during Howard’s homecoming is now more. According to The Blast, the lawsuit against Tekashi 6ix9ine was voluntarily dismissed. Tekashi 6ix9ine never responded to the allegations made in the lawsuit.
Benhur Tesfalidet, the promoter, claimed to have paid Tekashi 6ix9ine $60,000 after selling $165,336 in presale tickets and $30,300 on VIP sections for the event. Fans allegedly waited outside the venue for hours with no appearance from the FEFE rapper.
Currently, Tekashi 6ix9ine remains behind bars facing federal racketeering charges.
