The Memphis Grizzlies may become sellers at the trade with the possibility of a season-ending foot injury to Marc Gasol and the first signs of that is them trading away their starting shooting guard, Courtney Lee, to the Charlotte Hornets.
As part of a three-team deal, the Grizzlies are shipping Lee out to the Hornets for P.J. Hairston, Chris ‘Birdman’ Andersen and four second round picks. Two of those picks are coming from the Hornets and two more are coming from the Miami Heat who will acquire Charlotte reserve point guard Brian Roberts.
