We see it every year with EA’s Madden and the Super Bowl, so now 2K is giving it a try.
2K simulated the entire NBA playoffs in their popular video game, NBA 2K, which matched the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Golden State Warriors in the finals. The simulation had the Warriors taking home the title in six games, with Stephen Curry grabbing MVP honors.
It’s not like the 2K simulation is any surprising, other than the Bulls sweeping the Bucks because the Bucks will make that a good series, but other than that nothing makes you go “wow.”
The playoffs begin today, beginning with the Raptors and Wizards at 12:30, meaning I will not be moving off the couch. Happy Playoff Saturday!
