On Thursday, June 19, 2025, the All About Us Festival will set up shop at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey for a holiday celebration of culture, community and history. Hosted in partnership with the National Juneteenth Museum, the daylong celebration will feature Mario, Jadakiss, Robin S., Ted Smooth, Kenny Bobien, DJ First Choice, DJ Wallah, dJ Mahogany, DJ Midnite, Loki and DJ J Nice.
“From the moment you walk in, it’s going to feel like joy,” All About Us Festival Founder Shannon Mitchell said. “We created this space to remind us of what freedom looks like—being together, being seen, and celebrating who we are. Black history is American history, and this day is for all of us.”
All About Us is a community-based, impact organization “committed to uplifting voices, creating opportunities, and sustaining long term impact.” Year round, the organization hosts workshops, networking events and other gatherings designed to equip individuals with tools and resources needed to better themselves and their communities. In its third year, the festival is “a high-energy, immersive experience that blends live music, food, art, and education to celebrate Black culture in all its forms.”
