PROJECTION: Joe Biden Wins The State Of Illinois

Former President Barack Obama said of former Vice President Joe Biden: “Choosing Joe to be my vice president was one of the best decisions I ever made, and he became a close friend.”

Former Vice President Joe Biden has picked up another set of electoral votes after winning the state of Illinois.

Biden and Trump have come to a virtual tie as the two look to states like Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin to decide the election. Thus far, the two have pulled to a virtual tie in Wisconsin and Michigan. Meanwhile, states like Pennsylvania are still to early to call as many mail-in ballots have yet to b counted. Rounding out the set of pivotal swing states, it’s still too early to tell who will come out victorious in Arizona.

As the night progresses, election results from western states like California, Oregon, Washington and Montana are expected to slowly trickle in. With midnight nearing, it appears that a winner will not be determined for a few hours.
