Former Vice President Joe Biden brings in his biggest victory of the night with 55 electoral votes in the state of California. The state of California has been a Democratic stronghold for sometime now with Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton winning the state in recent years.
California marks Biden’s first major win on the west coast tonight. Moving forward, Biden will look to strengthen his growing led with wins in Arizona and Texas. He could also inch closer to the 270 mark with a midwest win in Nebraska.
On the other side of things, President Donald Trump will look to maintain his lead in Texas. Many experts believe that if Biden is able to pull an upset in the Longhorn State that the election would end in landslide win for the Democratic Party.
