
The 2019 NBA preseason will feature a wider global reach to include more abroad preseason games, with the Sacramento Kings likely being a team to play in Dubai and India, per ESPN’s Tim MacMahon:

The 2018 preseason featured two global games, both in China and between the Dallas Mavericks and Philadelphia 76ers. The 76ers won the first game, 120-114, on Friday. The second game will be on Monday.
