Team USA wrapped up their four day practice extravaganza in Las Vegas as they prepare for the 2016 Rio Olympics. With a handful of exhibitions on the way with stop in Chicago, Los Angeles, Oakland and Houston, they had to put the finishing touches on their final team scrimmages.
First up for the USA is their exhibition against Argentina’s National Team later this week in Las Vegas. In preperation for these exhibitions, Team USA did some inter-squad practice and also went up against the young guns on the USA Select Team.
The third day of practices saw the Men’s National team face off against what is expected to be the future of USA basketball. They scrimmaged for about an hour and some great plays were made. On the final day before their first exhibition game, the senior team didn’t do much in practice but instead the Select Team took center stage for scrimmages.
