2 Milly, the OG when it comes to being sturdy, has a new record on his hands. After gaining a significant amount of momentum after releasing “Milly Rock” and backing from Maino, The KOB, 2 Milly released a new project, “Welcome 2 Millyville”, back in January. After letting fans into his world, 2 Milly is becoming s bit more introspective with his new single, “Life Of A Hustler”.
“What really inspired me to write this song was my fans,” he tells XXL. “They would DM me and write, ‘Make a song about ya life,’ which brought forth the title ‘Life of a Hustler.’ Mainly just a hustle and struggle to survive. Seeing females who aren’t worthy of being around and niggas who just ain’t sturdy. I guess my inspirations came from many different lanes on this one.”
Although just released “Welcome 2 Millyville”, he’s currently working on his next body of work, “Only The Sturdy Survive”. The project is set to release this summer and will be home to “Life Of A Hustler”. Listen to the new joint below.
