If anyone has made major power moves in 2018, it’s definitely King Push. Pusha T has dominated all of 2018 with his latest album, tour, and late night television performances. Not to mention, he dropped one of rap’s best diss tracks in recent memory. With 2018 nearing a close, King Push decided to make one last power move to close out one of the best years of his legendary career.

“Hip-hop is all about staying connected to culture, being inspired by what’s happening on the streets and translating that to your audience”

On Wednesday night, Pusha T revealed his latest collaboration with 1800 Tequila. The Virginia native and the iconic tequila company have teamed up to launch 1800 seconds, a new music discovery platform. To celebrate the partnership, King Push took the stage at New York City’s Sony Hall. Alongside Pusha T, new acts like Ant White, Cartel Count Up, Don Zio P, Hass Irv, Monalyse, Nita Jonez, Sam Austins, T Got Bank, Trevor Lanier and Tyler Thomas took the stage to show what they’ve got.

With the live event behind them, Pusha T and 1800 Tequila have embarked on the next stage in their evolving partnership. This Friday, the two trendsetting entities have teamed up to release a compilation project called 1800 Seconds. The newly released project features all of the new artists that took the stage alongside the G.O.O.D Music President.

In celebration of the new partnership, Pusha T said, “Hip-hop is all about staying connected to culture, being inspired by what’s happening on the streets and translating that to your audience”. The new 1800 Seconds compilation does just that, and I was excited to perform alongside all 10 talented artists in New York City before the music gets released on December 7.” Check out the new project spearheaded by King Push below and let us know what you think.
