Say what you want about Wale, this move is something not one of you favorite rappers has done. Of course, some have met and shook hands and waxed politics, but have they ever opened for the State Of The Union?
Nope.
It is kind of serendipitous considering all the crap Wale has received this past year that he would be asking to perform for a President who has been lambasted during the final year of his last term by everyone supporting American greed (republicans). Nevertheless, greatness prevails and much like Barack Obama, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin won’t be truly appreciated until he’s gone.
