Sunday is normally a quiet day for most music circles, but today has been an anomaly. Earlier today, news broke that New York rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, had been allegedly pistol-whipped, kidnapped, robbed and later hospitalized. According to the New York artist, “At around 4:25 AM Sunday, he was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe at a Brooklyn intersection, sitting at a red light, when a car bumped them from behind. He told cops 2 men with guns jumped out, stole the driver’s iPhone and then grabbed Tekashi and dragged him into their car and sped away.”
While that unfortunate situation plays out, his music career is working out nicely. As Tekashi’s name continues to ring bells on streaming platforms, he has prepared his biggest collaboration to date. Tekashi’s new record, “FEFE”, is his biggest collaboration to date. Alongside Nicki Minaj, the Trey Way Entertainment artist raps, “Draco got that kick-back/When I blow that, they all do track/They don’t shoot back, one shot, close range, red dot/Head tight, yeah, I did that, yeah, I live that/Call a Uber with my shooter.” Nicki Minaj comes back later in the track and raps, “I’m from New York, so I’m cocky/Say he f*ckin’ with my posse/Copped me Khloé like Kardashi’/Keep this p*ssy in Versace/Said I’m pretty like Tinashe/P-Put it all up in his face, did I catch a case?”
