For its next summer collection, Supreme has collaborated with reggae music pioneers Barrington Levy and Jah Life. The singer and producer broke barriers by creating music straight out of New York City in the 1980s, proving that true reggae didn’t have to be made in Jamaica. Barrington Levy shot to fame with records like “Murderer” becoming standards for the dancehall genre.
The collection features hoodies, tees, and tanks with original artwork. They are emblazoned with images of Levy and Jah Life and graphics inspired by the music they created together. Each style comes in either red, yellow, blue, lavender, black, grey, or white. Supreme/ Barrington Levy & Jah Life is set to drop June 16th at Supreme’s NY, LA, London, and Paris stores, as well as online. The Japan store location will have the collection on June 18th.
